Sailing South Crete company is committed to the protection of the personal data of our customers. Your personal infos are used only for your own service by Sailing South Crete and are not to be given in any case in other companies without your authorisation.

Cancellation Policy

To confirm booking an administration fee (usually 20%) will be required to confirm the reservation. Your booking will be confirmed as soon as you make the payment.
You can pay the rest 16 days before the embarkation in our bank account or by cash at the time of the departure, depending on our dial.  If Sailing South Crete decides not to start a trip due to weather conditions, we ask you to respect this decision because it is for everyone's safety.
We offer a delayed start when the weather allows us.In case of a multi-day trip, if the weather becomes unsteady in the duration of the trip, we choose a safe bay, like Loutro bay or Sfakia port or another safe spot that the company choose and the yacht stay there until the weather becomes better.
The trip will not be canceled in this case and no refund of the total amount will be made.   Cancellation for the daily trips must be done at least 15 before departure, and for a multi-day trip at least 30 days before departure. Otherwise, you have to pay the total amount of the trip.
We respect the fact that maybe you changed your plan last minute due to a personal reason, but we ask you to understand that we may have declined many requests for trips due to no availability.

Itineraries

We reserve the right to change any given itinerary due to weather conditions or other circumstances of force majeure. Our Captain is responsible for the final decision. Safety aboard is our top priority.

Pricing

We reserve the right to change our product’s prices at any time without further notice. However, if you have ordered but have not yet paid for a product, we guarantee the price for one month from when the order was placed.

Booking Terms And Conditions

All the participants must accept that within the outdoor environment there are risks present which are unable to be controlled. As a participant, you must accept a certain level of personal responsibility for your actions.
If for any reason of fitness or a bad mood (seasick) or any other personal choice where we are not responsible, this falls under our cancellation policy.
The passengers must assert that they are physically fit to ride on a boat and will not hold the PATERAKIS C.-KAKOURI MARAKA A. OE. company responsible if they are injured as a result of any problems (medical, accidental,or otherwise) which may occur while swimming or other activities while riding on the boat or otherwise participating in the trip.

Terms of use modification

Sailing South Crete holds the right to modify or to renew the terms and conditions of transactions.
